Time, preparation, scheduling, and private consultation services cannot be returned once provided.

Because of the nature of professional consultation services, all completed sessions are final and are not eligible for refund after the session has been provided.

Appointments cancelled at least twenty-four hours in advance may be rescheduled at no cost.

If a deposit was paid to hold the appointment, the deposit may be applied to the rescheduled session when the cancellation is made at least twenty-four hours in advance.

Clients are welcome to request a reschedule with at least twenty-four hours’ notice.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Out of respect for the day’s schedule and other clients, sessions begin and end at their appointed times.

A client who arrives late may receive only the time remaining in the booked session.

Where the schedule permits, Kate may offer additional time at her discretion.

Appointments missed without notice are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refund or credit.

Clients who miss an appointment without notice are welcome to schedule a new session.

When a deposit or pre-payment is requested to hold a session, it is applied toward the scheduled consultation.

Deposits for cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours’ notice may be retained against the time reserved.

Pre-payment terms may vary by appointment type, session length, and scheduling needs. Clients should ask any payment questions before booking.

Same-day appointments may have limited cancellation or rescheduling availability because the time has already been reserved.

If you book for the same day, please confirm that you are able to attend before reserving the appointment.
